1. What kind of return did you get on your investment?
I received a much better price than selling through the real estate agent. The market was falling and it was getting more difficult to sell so I had to keep dropping the price until selling under Vendor Finance where I got a great sale price and didn’t lose it all in commissions.
2. How easy was it for you to do?
Selling under Vendor Finance was easier than selling through a real estate agent and I really didn’t have to do anything.
3. What was the length of the transaction?
From the time I entered into the Joint Venture to sell the property it was only 7 weeks before the new buyers moved in.
4. Would you recommend our services to others who may be interested in real estate investing?
Absolutely.

It is a great concept where both parties are winners.
